He is available 24 hours a day for any problem in your building. He is in charge of superintendents, getting bids on jobs and, personally inspects each property on a regular basis. He is the ultimate "hands on" building manager and is constantly in touch with owners, board members, cooperators and tenants.

Carrie has been in the real estate and property management business for twelve years. Carrie oversees all of the daily back-office operations.

She personally handles each building's operating account and generates monthly income/expense statements. Carrie works hand in hand with board members/owners to develop and institute money-saving budgets.

She also specializes in rent stabilization and rent control, handling everything from building registrations to the yearly filings. She graduated from New York University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She is fluent in Chinese. We often call Carrie the "Millennium Woman".
